Tangy Beet Soup

1 can (16 oz) sliced beets, chilled (or equivalent amount fresh cooked beets, sliced and chilled)

Chilled Asparagus-Herb Soup

1 can (10 oz ) condensed creamy asparagus soup, chilled
1 soup can milk
1/4 cup parsley sprigs, loosely packed
1/4 tsp grated lemon peel
lemon slices to garnish (optional)
