Seven Grain Bread (bread machine)
1 1/3 cups water
2 tbsp powdered milk
2 tbsp shortening (butter, margarine or vegetable shortening)
2 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups white flour
1/2 cup 7-grain cereal
1 1/4 tsp bread machine yeast (add 1/4 tsp if using regular dried yeast)
Add the ingredients to the bread machine baking pan in the order listed. Insert the pan into the machine and close the lid. Select the whole grain setting and start the machine.
