Chilled Asparagus-Herb Soup
1 can (10 oz ) condensed creamy asparagus soup, chilled
1 soup can milk
1/4 cup parsley sprigs, loosely packed
1/4 tsp grated lemon peel
lemon slices to garnish (optional)
In covered blender container, blend all ingredients except lemon slices (or mix well together by hand). Serve in chilled bowls. Garnish with lemon slices.
